We attended a beautiful wedding a couple of weeks ago for our close family friend, Sharon.  It was at a beautiful country estate in Virginia and the rain held out long enough for a gorgeous outdoor ceremony.  My parents and sisters were all there and it was a really fun time.

The Last Days of Summer

 

We are trying to squeeze every spare minute out the summer.  But sadly, I think it's just about over!  We will miss the long, warm summer evenings spent at the pool or the playground.  We will miss the warm summer breezes coming in the windows while falling asleep.  We will definitely miss running through the sprinkler in the backyard and blowing bubbles on the porch until we're dizzy!  Most of all, I will miss my first summer with my 2 year old!  But I hope I have captured enough memories in pictures to show her how much fun we had our first summer together as a family!
